These General Terms and Conditions apply to online ticket contracts concluded with the Time Travel in Vienna Betriebs GmbH (FN 501403j), Habsburgergasse 3/8, 1010 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as "The Operator") via the Internet platform www.amazing-sisi.at with end consumers (hereafter referred to as "customers").
1.2. The operator provides an online platform through which customers can find out more about the operator's corporate purpose and buy tickets for the adventure world online. One or more e-tickets can be purchased as part of an order process. In this case, the following provisions apply mutatis mutandis to all e-tickets. A valid email address is required to purchase an e-ticket. The order is considered binding when the purchase process has been successfully completed.
1.3. The contract for the purchase of an e-ticket is concluded directly between the customer and the operator.
1.4. Customers have the opportunity to correct / change the entered data again in the ticket shop process (under "Overview"). By clicking the "Continue order" button, the customer makes an offer to the operator to conclude an e-ticket contract. The operator accepts such an offer by sending a confirmation email with a PDF attached to the printable e-ticket. This is how the e-ticket contract comes about. The e-ticket is handed over to the customer by sending the operator's confirmation email. The customer has the option of printing out the e-ticket using the attached PDF or saving it on their smartphone. E-tickets can also be printed out or saved at the end of the respective order process from the Internet browser.
1.5. The e-ticket is only valid for the specified performance date (day, time, number of people). If the customer does not appear on the agreed date, the validity expires. An appointment can be postponed after the contract has been signed, but must be announced 24 hours in advance.
1.6. Cancellation conditions: If you cancel 24 hours before the visit, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, after which the full amount will be charged.
1.7. These general terms and conditions are made available to the customer with a separate link or via PDF download immediately before the declaration "I have read the terms and conditions and agree" before the contract is concluded. By clicking on the declaration "I have read the terms and conditions and agree", the customer acknowledges their agreement with the application of these general terms and conditions.
Payment is made by the means of payment offered in the course of the purchase (credit cards, Paypal or Sofortüberweisung).
To ensure data security, data integrity and data transfer, the purchase transactions are SSL-secured and subsequently processed by the company " Mangopay“ (https://www.mangopay.com/de/).
If a payment is returned before the beginning of the visit, the online ticket will be invalidated.
3.1. All prices listed in the e-ticket system are euro prices including the statutory sales tax applicable in Austria.
3.2. If reduced prices are used, for example for children's tickets, proof of the use of the discount must be provided before the start of the performance. Discounted children's tickets can be purchased when buying tickets. Children up to the age of 14 are considered children. The discount is printed on the e-ticket and checked directly at the entrance before the performance begins.
4. Performance disorders and liability
4.1. The operator reserves the right to block individual stations for maintenance and repair purposes on a case-by-case basis (maximum 1 day per station and year).
5. Data protection
5.1. The operator uses a secure transmission method (SSL) for the transmission of customer data. In this way, the operator tries to achieve the highest possible safety standard. However, the operator cannot be held responsible for attacks by hackers and the like.
5.2. The protection of the personal data of our prospects, customers, partners and employees is of particular concern to us. We therefore process this data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (EU GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).
6. Website usage
6.1. The operator provides the customer and interested parties with an online platform through which they can obtain information about the company's object.
6.2. The operator is not responsible for websites to which there are links from the operator's website.
6.3. Despite careful maintenance of his website, the operator cannot guarantee that the operation of his website is free of errors and interruptions. The operator is also not liable for ordering e-tickets via the website at any time. The operator is entitled to temporarily take the website offline or otherwise restrict its services if this is necessary for reasons of safety or for the purpose of carrying out technical measures (in particular maintenance work). The operator is only liable for grossly negligent behavior.
7. Other provisions
7.1. The invalidity of individual provisions of these general terms and conditions does not affect the validity of all other provisions.
7.2. Written explanations (especially the confirmation email of the e-ticket) are made by email.
7.3. Austrian law applies to this contractual relationship. The competent court in Vienna is agreed as the place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions standardize another place of jurisdiction.
